Well he has really damaged your trust her by lying to you about this girl, have you met this girl? Do you think they could be more than friends? If you think that they are just friends then maybe you shouldnt try and stop him from seeing her because he will probably just keep lying to you if he values her friendship, why dont you suggest the three of you meet up and see how she reacts around him and you then you will be able to see if there is any jelousy there. You need to tell him that your trust has been badly broken here and he needs to work hard to repair it, i dont think its a good idea to tell him he cant see her again just tell him you would rather he be honest with you when he is going to see her.
