Don't watch tv or read magazines an hour before bed. Don't exercise within 2 hours of bedtime. Drink warm milk and honey - this is a natural sedative. Eating a large meal within a couple hours of bed is giving you energy you don't need so eat at latest of 7pm. Clear your mind of troubling or stressful thoughts by writing them down and telling yourself that you can deal with them in the morning when you have more energy. Stick to 4 cups of caffeine a day. That includes coke etc.. Dont watch tv or bring a laptop into your bedroom. This takes away the fact that your bedroom is a place to sleep. Bearing all of these things in mind, it should make a huge difference. Enjoy all your sleep :-) ............................... A female reader, anonymous, writes (6 November 2010):
Get a dildo, and use it, it will ease away all your stress and also will make you tired. ...............................
